Yoga

Flow to Slow

Close out your week with a soothing class designed for release, rest, and renewal. We’ll begin with a slow, grounding flow to ease tension, then move into restorative poses supported by candlelight. Minimal talking and gentle cues create space for stillness, deep relaxation, and reconnection with yourself. This class is suitable for all levels and offers the perfect reset before the week ahead.

Absolute Beginners

Perfect for absolute beginners, this progressive series builds a strong foundation in breath, alignment, and posture. Each week builds on the last, creating a safe and supportive space to learn step by step. By the end, you’ll feel confident with common poses and ready to join any yoga class with ease. Note: Drop-ins not available to ensure steady group progress.

The Pause Hatha

A steady, balanced practice that blends movement, breath, and mindful awareness. In this class, we hold postures for a little longer, allowing time to explore proper alignment, build strength, and increase flexibility at a comfortable pace. Perfect for all levels, especially those who appreciate a slower, more intentional flow. Leave feeling grounded, present and light.

Vinyasa Flow

This class offers a steady-paced flow that links movement with breath, building strength, flexibility, and focus. Expect creative sequences, smooth transitions, and opportunities to challenge yourself while staying connected to your own rhythm. While modifications are always offered, this class moves at a pace best suited for those with some prior yoga experience. It’s the perfect way to deepen your practice, refine alignment, and leave feeling balanced, relaxed, and clear.

Teen Yoga 11-14

The teen years bring big changes—physically, emotionally, and socially. Teen Yoga provides a safe, supportive space to explore movement, mindfulness, and self-expression. More than stretching, it’s a way to build confidence, manage stress, and improve focus. Classes are fun, beginner-friendly, and designed to help teens connect with their bodies, breathe through challenges, and find a sense of balance in daily life.

The Fire - Power

An invigorating, breath-driven flow designed for experienced yogis seeking challenge and growth. Expect dynamic sequences, strong holds, and creative transitions that build heat, strength, and stamina. This class moves at a faster pace and offers opportunities to explore advanced variations, leaving you feeling powerful, focused, and deeply energized.

Yasmine Hamidi

Before beginning my journey as a Registered Massage Therapist, I worked in a multidisciplinary clinic, studied kinesiology at UFV, and volunteered abroad in Hawaii; experiences that deepened my passion for holistic care and wellness. My motivation as an RMT comes from a genuine desire to support others in feeling seen, supported, and empowered in their health journey.

Outside the clinic, I love being outdoors, hiking, running, or exploring with my Mini Dachshund, Maximus. I also enjoy sports, music, and spending time with my sisters.

These sessions weave breathwork, energy work, and sound in a supportive space.
