30 Minutes

A focused treatment designed to target one or two specific areas of concern. Ideal for addressing tension in the neck, shoulders, or back, or for quick relief when you’re short on time.

60 Minutes

A full-body treatment that balances relaxation with therapeutic work. This session allows time to address your key areas of concern while still providing a complete, restorative experience.

90 Minutes

An extended session that offers the most comprehensive treatment. Perfect for those who want deeper relaxation or have multiple areas needing focused work. This option provides time for both full-body care and detailed attention to problem areas.

Yasmine Hamidi

Before beginning my journey as a Registered Massage Therapist, I worked in a multidisciplinary clinic, studied kinesiology at UFV, and volunteered abroad in Hawaii; experiences that deepened my passion for holistic care and wellness. My motivation as an RMT comes from a genuine desire to support others in feeling seen, supported, and empowered in their health journey.

Outside the clinic, I love being outdoors, hiking, running, or exploring with my Mini Dachshund, Maximus. I also enjoy sports, music, and spending time with my sisters.

Anna Holland

I am a student Registered Massage Therapist with two years of hands-on experience. I’ve worked with a variety of clients, from athletes and office workers to those wanting to get back to the hobbies and activities they enjoy most. My goal is to help clients feel more comfortable in their bodies, improve mobility, and bring more ease into their everyday lives.

I take a mindful approach to my treatments, focusing on helping clients reconnect with how their body feels and moves. Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time in nature, going for walks, playing music, and taking part in outdoor winter activities.
