Welcome to Sumas Mountain Wellness. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, facilities, and website. By booking a session, attending a class, or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Each service is provided by a qualified professional. Sessions are offered by appointment and are subject to availability.
Bookings & Cancellations
All bookings are made through our online platform or directly with your chosen practitioner.
Each practitioner at Sumas Mountain Wellness operates independently and may have their own cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy. Please review their specific terms when booking.
In general:
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
We recommend providing at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
If you have questions about a practitioner's policy, please contact them directly through the Jane booking system or our main contact page.
Waivers & Health Disclosure
Before attending any session, class, or treatment, all clients (or their legal guardians, if under 18) must complete a health intake form and waiver through our Jane App platform.
By participating, you confirm that:
You are physically and mentally fit to take part in the services.
You have disclosed any relevant health conditions.
You understand the inherent risks associated with wellness and movement-based practices.
Sumas Mountain Wellness and its practitioners are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your participation.
Children & Minors
We welcome clients of all ages, including children.
Clients under 18 years old must have consent from a parent or guardian.
Children may need to be accompanied by an adult depending on the service.
Consent forms and waivers must be completed by a parent or guardian before participation.
Right to Refuse Service
Sumas Mountain Wellness reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel service to any client who:
Violates these Terms
Acts in a disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe manner
Fails to follow safety guidelines or staff instructions
Media, Photography & Consent
We occasionally take photos or videos in our space for marketing or community purposes (e.g. social media, website, printed materials).
We will always ask for your consent before capturing or sharing your image.
You may decline at any time, and we will respect your privacy.
All media on our website or marketing channels is the property of Sumas Mountain Wellness and may not be reused without permission.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, branding, videos, and written material — is the intellectual property of Sumas Mountain Wellness or our contributors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without written permission.
Website Use
You agree to use our website and booking platform only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to access areas of the website or systems without authorization.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in any service, you agree that:

Sumas Mountain Wellness and its practitioners are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or after sessions.
We provide general wellness and support — our services are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the courts of British Columbia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
