Refund Policy

At Sumas Mountain Wellness, we are committed to creating intentional, thoughtfully held experiences. To ensure fairness to our instructors, community, and operations, the following refund policy applies to all purchases.

Memberships and Pricing Plans

All memberships and pricing plans are non-refundable. Once a membership is purchased, payments are processed as agreed at checkout and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements.

Memberships operate on a recurring payment basis and continue automatically unless ended with notice. Members may choose to end their membership at any time by providing 30 days written notice via email or through their account portal. Membership access will remain active during the notice period, and regular payments will continue until the notice period is complete.

Missed classes, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds, credits, or pauses. This policy allows us to fairly support our instructors, maintain consistent scheduling, and hold space for our community.

Class Bookings

All classes must be booked in advance through our website booking system. If a class is cancelled or rescheduled by the client more than 6 hours before the scheduled start time, no penalty applies.

​

Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class start time, or failure to attend a booked class, are considered a late cancellation or no-show. In these cases:

- The class is forfeited

- A late cancellation or no-show fee of $15 may apply

- No refunds or credits are issued

All cancellations or reschedules must be completed through the website portal. Cancellations made via email, social media, or verbal communication are not accepted.

Events, Workshops, and Special Offerings

Workshops, events, and special offerings are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on the event page. Due to limited capacity and advance preparation, tickets cannot be refunded for missed attendance or scheduling conflicts.

If an event is canceled by Sumas Mountain Wellness, participants will be offered a credit or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Failed or Disputed Payments

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure payment details are accurate and up to date. Failed payments may result in suspended booking access until resolved. Chargebacks or payment disputes that violate agreed-upon policies may result in account restrictions.

Exceptions

​

Refunds or credits are issued only in rare circumstances and at the sole discretion of Sumas Mountain Wellness. Any approved exception will be confirmed in writing.
