Yasmine Hamidi
Co-Founder and Student Massage Therapist
Before beginning my journey as a Registered Massage Therapist, I worked in a multidisciplinary clinic, studied kinesiology at UFV, and volunteered abroad in Hawaii; experiences that deepened my passion for holistic care and wellness. My motivation as an RMT comes from a genuine desire to support others in feeling seen, supported, and empowered in their health journey.
Outside the clinic, I love being outdoors, hiking, running, or exploring with my Mini Dachshund, Maximus. I also enjoy sports, music, and spending time with my sisters

Anna Holland
Registered Massage Therapist
I am a Registered Massage Therapist with two years of hands-on experience. I’ve worked with a variety of clients, from athletes and office workers to those wanting to get back to the hobbies and activities they enjoy most. My goal is to help clients feel more comfortable in their bodies, improve mobility, and bring more ease into their everyday lives.
I take a mindful approach to my treatments, focusing on helping clients reconnect with how their body feels and moves. Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time in nature, going for walks, playing music, and taking part in outdoor winter activities.

Stefanie Romeo
Body Worker
Stef is a bodyworker with a background in massage therapy, yoga, and client-centered care. She has completed her massage therapy training and is currently awaiting registration.
Her approach combines hands-on treatment with movement, breath, and education to help clients reduce tension, improve mobility, and build awareness in their bodies. She works with a wide range of clients, including older adults and those living with chronic conditions, offering care that adapts to each stage of healing.
Stef has long been drawn to helping others and values creating a space where people feel safe, supported, and understood. With a background in trauma-informed care, she approaches each client with curiosity, respect, and sensitivity.
Outside the treatment room, Stef enjoys cycling, mountain tops, exploring trails, and is a proud mom of two.

Claudia C
Yoga Teacher
I bring a creative spirit, a passion for the mind-body connection, and a genuine love of building meaningful relationships. With a background in Recreation Therapy, years of yoga practice, and a foundation in dance, I offer a holistic approach to wellness and movement.
My classes blend breath (pranayama) and movement (asana) to help you release stress, find inner peace, and build lasting strength. Each session is more than physical exercise—it’s a supportive space to reconnect, grow, and feel empowered, whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice.

Bri Cheema
Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator Consciousness Teacher
My work is rooted in holistic principles, addressing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances. I am committed to honouring each client’s unique path with individualized support.
Drawing on my training and experience, I create tailored containers for transformation that align with each person’s needs and intentions. I believe true healing unfolds through time, trust, and deep inquiry. Grounded in ancient traditions and informed by modern metaphysics, my approach guides clients toward clarity, alignment, and embodied transformation

Niamh Buckley
Yoga Teacher
I combine my background in psychology with my yoga training to build my classes around intuitive movement, breath control, nervous system regulation and energy flows to make my clients feel empowered in their bodies and minds. I aspire to deepen the understanding of my students of their bodies and their connection to the simplicities offered by everyday life.
I studied Yoga in one of the places where it began, Rishikesh - India, where I gained massive appreciation for the ancient traditions and teachings of the people there. Coming from an Irish Celtic tradition myself, I hope to share some learnings with my students about the appreciation these ancient civilzations had for themselves, the earth and their communities. I hope to help my students approach each day with awareness, gratitude and self-compassion through grounding and movement.

Alison Réaume
Certified Yoga Therapist
Alison Réaume is a Certified Yoga Therapist (CIAYT) through the International Association of Yoga Therapists and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with over 15+ years of teaching experience. She has certified more than 50 teachers internationally and has accumulated over 6,000 hours of teaching, mentorship, and training facilitation.
What began as a love for Vinyasa evolved into a deeper devotion to the roots of the practice, slowing down, studying philosophy, and honouring yoga as a lifelong path rather than simply a physical discipline.
Her work bridges therapeutic application and foundational education. Alison approaches yoga as both structure and support. She values intentional movement, breath awareness, and practices that translate meaningfully into daily life, not just on the mat, but in how we lead, work, and live. As a teacher trainer and mentor, she is known for clarity, depth, and a grounded approach that honours both tradition and real human experience.
When she’s not teaching or guiding teachers, Alison can be found reading, crafting, building thoughtful systems for entrepreneurs, or spending time with her dog, Macy.
