Cancellation Policy
To ensure a calm and respectful experience for all participants, please review our class policies below: Late Arrivals: Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to settle in, and out of respect to other students and the teacher. For safety and flow, the studio doors will close as the class begins. Late arrivals will not be admitted. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 6 hours before the class start time. If cancelled within this time period, a $15 cancellation charge will be applied to the card on file. This allows others on the waitlist an opportunity to attend. No-Shows: If you miss a class without notice, a $15 no-show fee will be applied to the card on file. Communication is appreciated and helps us maintain community respect and fairness. Series Size Requirement: Our series require a minimum of 4 participants in order to run. If minimum enrollment is not met, the series or workshop may be cancelled or rescheduled. In that case, all registered participants will be notified in advance and offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future workshop. We always do our best to hold offerings as planned and appreciate your understanding as we create experiences that feel supportive, intentional, and well-held for everyone involved. Thank you for your understanding and mindfulness toward our shared practice space!
