Service Description
Breathwork is an active meditation; a gateway that shifts the modern monkey mind into stillness. Its effects ripple beyond the session, widening nervous system capacity, deepening self-awareness, and clearing unconscious patterning held in the body. It is a doorway into presence. For thousands of years, Eastern traditions have understood the breath not as mere oxygen intake, but the subtle life-force animating consciousness. Modern neuroscience describes this same process as regulating the autonomic nervous system and restoring coherence to brain-body communication. Both point to a single truth: breath as a reorganizing intelligence. The method is simple and accessible: practiced lying down, with minimal movement, guided conscious breath, and deep surrender. Cancellation Policy
To ensure a calm and respectful experience for all participants, please review our class policies below: Late Arrivals: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. For safety and flow, the studio doors will close 5 minutes after class begins. Late arrivals will not be admitted 5 minutes after the start time. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows others on the waitlist an opportunity to attend. No-Shows: If you miss a class without notice, please reach out to your instructor afterward. Communication is appreciated and helps us maintain community respect and fairness. Thank you for your understanding and mindfulness toward our shared practice space.
