Rooted - The Club for Teens

Rooted is a weekly teen circle designed to support personal growth, mental health, and meaningful connection in a safe and welcoming space.

Each month we explore a new theme, allowing teens to go deeper together over the course of 5 weeks. Through guided conversations, reflection, and shared experiences, participants build tools they can carry into everyday life.

Topics may include:

• Emotional regulation and understanding big feelings

• Mental health awareness and how to support low moods

• Healthy friendships and authentic connection
